Wizer - White Ale Recipe

Feeling a little less than genius lately? All you need are a few sips of our wisdom ale and your hat holder will be firing on all cylinders. A light and refreshing white ale made with a blend of Wheat and Pilsen malts and lightly hopped with German Tradition and Zythos hops. This ale pairs well with academic decathlons, chess club and robotics meetings, but be aware this ale may leave you none the wizer.
