This is a "D" American (Sanke) Coupler (Tap) with a stainless steel probe. The American "D" Couple is used with the majority of commercial American beers and most Micro Brews. This tap features a lever handle that you push down to tap, and a stainless steel probe (all parts touching your beverage are stainless steel!).
