This recipe features a hundred percent Zythos hops so you get the full experience of the Zythos hop blend created by Will Harrison of Hopunion.Five different hop additions including a dry hop addition after 7 days of primary fermentation. There's a touch of Crystal 40L to balance the bitterness and give the beer a nice golden amber hue.
